Craft & Community

Coil & Cord is a creative community space in Gowanus, Brooklyn, hosting classes, drop-in sessions, and gatherings across a range of creative disciplines. Monthly queer craft nights and figure drawing sessions offer regular opportunities to make and connect, alongside workshops spanning a variety of creative practices and seasonal craft markets. Our gallery hosts artist talks and space activations that invite the community to engage directly with the work on view. It's a space to learn a new skill, make something with your hands, and connect with people nearby.
